AVAILABLE PROTOCOLS
Sometimes there isn't enough space in a Materials and Methods section to give all the details. Sometimes we say, "Protocol available upon request." Here is where we make some of these protocols available to the broader community.
This is our current version of the Drosophila ChIP protocol, including information on how to make sequencing libraries. This approach was first described in this publication. Examples of data generated with this protocol are available on our files and data page.
